We are to announce that case between Biafra and Nigeria has gone to court of appeal. following the dismiss by the federal high court Enugu, the title of the case is IPOB T/A Customary Government vs Federal Republic of Nigeria file on 30/12/2019!

The case may yet be upto Supreme Court, as we have explained before as the rule of law on self determination by legal methodology is that, we must commence suit in the Nigeria jurisdiction before taking the case to an international court - JESMION

Within the past seven years we lost four pillars of the struggle in the supreme council of elders of Indigenous People of Biafra namely: Brig Gen. Joe Achuzia; Barr Debe Ojukwu; Dr Dozie Ikedife, and the Chairman of the supreme council, Justice Eze O. OFR

These four men fought good fight and handed the baton to us to continue from where they stopped, the date for send off party and interment of the supreme council of elders shall be announced in due course! -

The publication is: Biafra or Nigeria presidency, what the Ibos want had been published in 2012, where the name: Indigenous people of Biafra was created and used to sue the Nigeria Government in representative capacity in suit No: FHC/OW/CS/102/2012 -

In the Federal High Court Owerri the case was reconstituted in 2013 as suit no FHC/OW/CS/192/2013 which was later transfered to Abuja - the legal entities representing the Biafran in that case is the human right organisation

Human Right Organization as (Bilie Human Right Initiative) we are unable to give more information on the case because, the vision bearer was removed from the case due to power tussle among some Biafrans activists who accuse HIM of dominating the struggle!

Today marked the beginning of the new year from the reckoning of men; although, not new in the sight of God for God know the end from the start, we consider it appropriate to give this message to all Biafrans and friends of Biafrans all over -
