what u'l need: (1) A motorola fone. (2) a usb cable (3) a pc (4) a monsterpack to flash ur fone with. there r several available freely on the internet. try yuetblog.blogspot.com or e398mod.com(5) rsd lite or flashbackup. do a google search 2 get it.

dnt 4get 2 backup ur fones firmware with flashbackup. be4 flashing, MAKE SURE (a) u hav backed up ur fones firmware. (b) the monsterpack u wil b flashing with is compatible with ur fone model and bootloader (c) ur fone is fully charged (d) u made a backup with flashbackup . ******to check ur fones bootloader, hold dwn the * and # keys while switching ur fone on

WARNING: flashing ur fone or modding it in any way wil nullify ur fones guarantee. 1. open rsdlite (or flashbackup) 2. start ur fone in bootloader mode (hold down * and # while switching the fone on.) 3. connect ur fone 2 ur pc. it might say 'found new hardware'

if it does, jst wait a minute 4 it 2 install the drivers. once rsdlite (or flashbackup) sez ur fone is connectd, select ur monsterpack and choose flash. it shud take about 5-15 mins.

while it's flashing, do NOT disconnect ur fone. if all goes well, 15 mins l8r, voila, ur fne has been flashed. i bet u'l feel lyk u hav a new fne ;). if something does go wrong while flashing, u can always flash it with the backup file u made. u did backup ryt?
