Look if u still have feels for that person you should just try doing like most men just keep ever thong inside. But if you feel that doing that is too hard you can just tell the person but remember if that person is over you they are going to make you feel the true making of pain.

I once lost a lover, or wasnt sure if i lost her though. Thats wat made it so tough. I went 2 visit her, we lived in seperate towns. When i came back things werent the same between us anymore so we planed on ending the relationship 4 a while. Then she started dating sum1 else. It was very hard for me, i even thought of suicide, but nw im very happy in a new relationship. Its jurt something u have 2 'digest' with time.
