Yes it is possible. I own 3 properties and not paying a cent for them, in fact I have a surplus from the rent received after my expenses. . . . .

When u use the banks money, remember to include the bond registration and transfer costs and also include @ least 20% extra in ur application for any shortfall in rent received or repairs to the property. The 20% must be attatched as an addendum @ the end of the sale agreement and transfered into ur 'property fund' banking account.
