Blind babies need the help of sounds aboue them, as when they knock the toy with a bell they realise there is something there. Always talk as to what u doing.whether its running the water or dressing.Repetitive words they wil come to know as to the sounds they hear.close yr eyes and hear what surrounds u. Birds ! whistle the same tune and explain 'thats a bird'.
