If you talking about embedding it so that the user can view it as if they were looking at it from their local hard drive, then no, browsers don't support that kind of functionality for PPTs. What you can do is take a screenshot of maybe the first slide as a thumbnail preview, type some text below it like Download this presentation then link both the image and text to the file. Otherwise you need to make each slide as an image and create an image gallery.
