Hi all the Fantastic Four :) fans! I'm glad to see you!.. May be we should get to know each other a bit closer?.. I live in Eastern Europe in a small country called Latvia... My first acquaintance with the U2 music happened in 1996 when I was 13yo. And the song was STARRING AT THE SUN... I loved it at first sight. Then I started to search info about the group and their masterpieces... And I discovered that U2's music is something that makes me wanna achieve something in this life, gives me hope for the better... Since that time I ve listened almost all their songs and I can tell you that I love all of them!.. In broad outline U2 makes me feel that this is not going to be my last night on this earth... Now it's your turn, folks :) |

Hi mriga :-) and welcome to our group. I'm very glad to meet someone who is passionate about U2 like you. As far as I remember I think my first acquaintance with the band was with the song 'Beautiful Day' which was in 2000. After that I started to buy every alb*m I can put my hands on. U2 are not like most of the other bands, they give a meaning to their music, deep meanings. They renew themselves with new and great music over the years which make them the greatest band of all. And Since the first time I'v listened to U2 until today, there hasn't been one day without listening to their masterpieces . . . .
