I want to get an anchor (subdermal implant) in my cheek but possibly may have to have a cat scan in the near future. I know u should take all metal out but is it vital or just a safety issue? Obviously sub dermals cant b taken out. Id like to know cuz im after a new piercing cuz of all this stuff goin on but i dont want it 2hinder my diagnoses.. |

as far as i know hun, you have to remove all metal because metal interferes with the scan, if you dont remove it then your scan results may come out wrong and then it could lead to wrong decisions being made. i hope that helps.

Guess id better wait then :( an saint, an anchor piercing is lyk a tiny labret stud, they put th round flat bit under your skin an then the stem sticks out an u can obviously attach diff ba11s or wotever. Its a really easy 2do piercing as well.
