Ingredients 280g all purpose flour 210g unsalted b*tter 100g grinded almond (dont grind too much) 70g icing sugar 1 sachet of vanilla sugar Procedure Cut d b*tter into small cubes. And mix all the ingredients including the b*tter except for the vanilla sugar (don't add any water) u need to melt the b*tter in the flour by kneading it with ur bare hands until the mixture become smooth. Then u can shape now ur dough in any shape u want like stars, heart etc. But make it sure to make it the same size and thick or else some are cook already while d others are not . U can asked ur kidz or grndchild to help u make their own design and see how creative they are. Pre-heat oven and bake at 200 deg or it depends on ur oven jz 10/15 mins always check dont burn them. ![]() When its cook cool down a bit and sprinkle it with more icing and vanilla sugar mix. U can double the ingredients if u want a big portion. Try this u gonna enjoy doing this with the kidz and a good gift too to any occasions like Christmas or birthday . This will prevent the air from expanding in d baking process, causing cookies surface to become uneven. |
