Letz c um drink alotz of water 8 glasses dah.um yeah ok eat bfast evryday in da mrning,n yo bfast must alwayz b da same neva change it lunch eat small portinz of food or itz reali hlpz wen u hungry eat 5 diffa fruit n snack on cereal bar or yoghurt n dinner steam veggyz or eat small portinz of food.n yo u cn neva gv up yo fav thng nt thngz hv only 1 fav eg.ice cream u cn leav it in yo diet bt nt too much
