moyo! U can loose ur weight now more easily then later coz u have the benefit of yo teenage. Get sleep well to active your metabolism. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day, eat more fruits and veg. Avoid that causes, which would increase calories in yo body such as burgers, red meat, cheese, soft drinks, hard drinks.etc etc. If u got strong willpower, then nthng is impossible 4 u
