endtimes: When we think of the subject of fairies most of us will automatically assign such things to the realm of fiction as we remember childhood fantasies around Peter Pan. But it may surprise some people that there is a growing trend amongst those with the New Age and neo-pagan communities to believe in fairies as real spiritual creatures. *

Sometimes also referred to as faeries or fae to distinguis them from fictional counterparts, fairies are promoted through seminars, weekend retreats, various websites, pictures, stories and ornaments, (usually for for girl's rooms), magazines and books.

For those who dont see this as a problem yet, read on. There is no doubt that people see and experience phenomena whth these things, in much the same way that others claim to have had encounters with ghosts, ET ' s, angels, and other entities. Though there is no doubt that people indeed see such things and have experiences, with ghosts, angels, and fairies, what is to doubt is the claims that these beings make for themselves, or what others may claim what they actually are.

All these things are really one and the same kind of beings. The Bible calls them unclean spirits, evil spirits, or demons. All of them seek to lead people into things that draw away from God, and enslave, whether that be through having the focus on themselves or some other diversion.

They are evil malevolent spirits which have the aim and desire of deceiving, and tormenting humanity. The 'Fairy Magic' book describes the nature of the fairies as sometimes being mischieveous, aggressive and evil:

( P. 133 ) 'Another common trick of fairies is to create messes and disorder. Things will fall off shelves and tables and break.'

( P.125 ) 'Fairies, especially household ones, have a keen sense of humor and they like to play tricks, even when they are not upset with you'.

( P. 136 ) 'Fairy lore is full of particular fairies and types of fairies who are not kindly disposed towards people. They are malevolent ones who like to lure people into trouble or even their deaths.'

These are just some examples of why it is so dangerous to seek out, get involved with, and communicate with spirit beings. Not only do they distract a person away from the life and relationship that God wants for them through Jesus Christ, but they will also seekto utterly torment, enslave, and even kill those who get entangled with them.

. Evil spirits are like actors. They will take on any role and form that suits their course of present climate. If people want angels, they will be angels. Departed loved ones? This is one of their best performances. Fairies? If thats what people want, and if there are people out there who are seeking them out, and want to communicate with them, they will be happy to wear the badge and play the part.

The Bible tells us that even Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light ( 2 Cor . 11 : 14 )

A demon is a demon and will lie, deceive and lead people astray. The end result is spiritual bondage and ruin. Demons, in their many disguises, will lead you up a very slippery path of pain and despair, wanting you to focus on them rather than God and the peace and salvation He gives through faith in Jesus Christ.

In a New Age and Astrology website, The Fairy Bible is described as a: ' [i]Comrehensive yet easy-to-use directory provides information on 120 types of fairies, such as gnomes, naiads and kelpies. You will also discover how to recognise fairy signs, how to perform spells to attract fairies for good luck, wealth and love and learn rituals to help you uncover the wisdom and insights of tree and flower fairies.

endtimes: Now many, even christians would protest by saying they dont believe in fairies and dont seek them out nor communicate with them, so that makes it alright to have trinkets and ornaments of fairies and pixies in their home and even in their child 's bedroom. It is just innocent, just a beautiful picture or trinket for decoration.

. Fact is we must not have any other gods, even if you dont worship it. We are to destroy it. Not just throw it away, but destroy it by burning it. Why would God give us this command? God must have a very, very good reason for giving this command. Why? Because evil spirits cling to, even inhabits such unclean objects. In christianity it is called welcome mats for unclean spirits to gain entrance into your home. God Spirit wont be welcome in a home where idols are displayed for decoration. God knows how powerful these entities are, and the damage they can do to a person's life, marraige, finances and spiritual walk.

It gives Satan and his cohorts legal right and entry into your life and home. God cant protect you when these idols are in your home. God wont share His glory with anyone and anything. His Spirit will just withdraw from your home. Fairies are connected to paganism, whitchcraft, astrology. Plainly said having any fascination for fairies and any other kind of idol will cause the curse of God to come upon your life and those of your children and grandchildren. We are not to mix the sole love and worship of God with any other religion or worldly wisdom. God is a jealous God. Read Deuteronomy 28 v 15 -68 to read of Gods curse

We are to have the fear of God, (not the fear for God) in our hearts. We must pray for God to put back the fear of God in our hearts. The reverance, the respect, the honour.

To have an idol in your house is to give honor to that false god, whether it be buddah, fairies, dwarfs, dragons, etc. Do you have other unclean things, ornaments of animals eg. A rhino or elephant? Just luk at the nature of that animal and the symbolic meaning behind it. Read Leviticus 11 for a list of unclean animals, symbolic of evil spirits. *
