I strongly agree x but it isn't a new problem it is just the labels that have changed x I think people feel safe if they have a pre-designated idea of what kind of person u are, allowling no room for individuality x

I get pulled on a weekly basis by the police,coz i work unsociable hours and probably coz of my appearance,same old questions where you going,what you doing etc,thought they were a police 'service' not an inconvienience,i guess i'm just an easy target,a boost to statistics,i have no time or respect for them though,policing should be via consent and as of late it clearly isnt

No, the police arn't the same as us in the 'jumped up, on a power trip couldn't get any respect without the badge' way x I've been on the receving end of their pig headedness 2 many times 2 have any respect or fear of any1 who willingly chooses the police as a career x If we are 2 b made 2 pay taxes we should b able 2 pick and choose which services we pay for x I subscribe 2 the fire and health service etc but would happily neva contact the police if they showed me the same courtesy x
