The biggest one i've been 2 was Reclaim the Streets in Birmingham '96 x We closed down several majoy roads outside Edgebaston cricket ground that lead 2 the airport x It was an awsum street party and would have ended peacefuly but the police didn't seem 2 want 2 let us go home with out making any arrests x They started by manhandling a young girl who was trying 2 leave and unsuprisingly several ppl intervined 2 protect her and were all arrested x Its a shame that these parts of the protests are deamed news worthy and the real political and social issues are lost along the way x
