they r ur helpers and believe it or not they talking to u now lol mainly in thought form giving u ideas that appear out of nowhere. guides and angels pretty much work giving u thoughts or images in ur mind to help u. but as u develop u can get to kno ur helpers better and understand how they work. guides r those who've been in the body many times in past lifes and they will help u with many of lifes issues and warn u of dangers. angels r of the light and never been in the body they deal with much more major global issues and again can warn u of dangers. so angels and guides r a great team of helpers there for u. so quit fearing them lol and meditate and relax and ask for guides to come through, takes time for they dont wana scare u at all. these guides and angels r not allowed to interfer in ur life, mainly due to free will on earth, but u must 'ask' them for help. its like saying if u dont ask u dont get. any other spiritualists plz share ur views on guides and angels to helps peeps @ here.
