hey theres a different between the 2. psychic abilities r done without the need of spirit ie.. telepathy (read minds) telekinesis (move object without touching it) empathy (feeling what others feel) etc.. now mediumship is done with spirit, its the seeing (clairvoyance) hearing (clairaudience) feeling (clairsentence) of spirit. now if u ever meet a 'psychic medium' thats a very gifted person.
