The govt should b blamed in some cases while the public should also b blamed.The govt should be blamed because of the poor state of the economy while parents who are part of the public should also be blamed for not giving their children the moral support they need,for that reason they grow up to become materialistic and do all sorts of immoralities to get their hat desire
