What do you wish to do? Download or upload? Download is getting a pic which someone else has uploaded. Upload means putting up your own. If u wish to download go to the files section and click the folders and download the one you want. If you wish to put up your pics. Go to the same files section and click upload. Your pic will be up after an admin or moderator has verified it.
