I believe that happiness comes from within ones self. One needs to be comfortale with their own company first and not rely on someone.

YES! unhappiness is a terrible thing to experience! I would describe it as a virus that takes over your body and drains one physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually! One really has to learn to love themselves and really work on having a sense of self-worth. How else can we freely and truly love others if we cant start with 'the person in the mirror!?'
