I preffer ishawe(white creamy ghee) to muzigo muganda. I lyk chapati, rice. I dnt do swit potats n beans,bad combo,givs me gas. Kalo z quite ok 4 mi. I neva ate a duck.I LUV PORK,gaddafi folowaz,no ofens plz

yeah....yummy n hot 2????....fish, amalewa (bamboo) n g.nuts is tasty...any one from mbale?????......i luv egusi also.....its a mixture of many stuff basically pounded yam n chicken.its so satisfyin just like the kikomando but with a taste
