You can create pages for your site that only you and people who you give a password to can view very simply. Just create a folder that you can put all the pages you want to protect into, then enter that folder and click the top link which should be the folders name. You'll then see add password protect click on it n thats it. You then create any pages you want to protect in that folder. You will then find that a password management option becomes available in various places you can use it however you want it's upto you. Personaly i find it easyer to use 1 set of login details for everybody rather than creating 1 for every person you want to give access to.
