Well if you say you have dry skin then moisturizer is the solution. Use them liberally. Do not take long, hot or frequent bath. Use soaps like Oilatum soap. do not rub dry your skin after bath just pat it to dry and immediately apply moisturizer to trap the moisture. sigh i hope i answered all your queries lol mwah

Hey Aisha, Well craked heels require lot of moisturizers and keratolytic agents. I dont which brand is available in SA. Try to find SBR repair cream or lipobase or atleast oilatum cream. One of these can be used 2-3 times a day. Also let her apply steroid cream at night (dermovate) I wonder whether this last will be available without prescription. If there is lot of dead skin let her soak legs in warm water for 15-20 mins and then scrub with pumice stone. |

Well body odour originates from sweat being degraded by bacterias present on the skin. Bacterias love heat and humidity. They are maximun over body folds and hairy areas. areas like arm pits, inframammary area (below breast), groins have a godown of bacterias. Its a good idea to shave arm pits and pubic area and groin to decrease the load of bacterias. Deodorant again help. refractory cases require use of antibiotic creams to decrease the bacterias. Use of antiseptic lotion wash (savlon) during bath too help to reduce bacterial load. Other area which generate smell are feet. People who sweat more over feet or who have fungal infection of feet have foul smelling feet. Preventive measures include use of cotton socks, frequent changing of socks if you sweat more. Use of dusting powder. Promt treatment of fungal infections. Lastly mouth odour originates from caries teeth, sinusitis or intake of foods like garlic, onions, cabbage etc and few drugs like vitamins. To reduce breath oduors caries shoud be treated so also sinusitis. A visit to dentist will help to reduce bad mouth odour in 50% of the cases. Mouth wash or chewing gums helps to sum extent
