LTS = Long Term Support  It means it will be supported and updated for long. Hell, even 9.04 will be dead when 8.04 still stands. 8.04 supported until April 2011 , 9.10 supported until April 2011 |

It appears my Hardy is now reporting itself as 8.04.4 in GRUB.
