When a player is injured long term should you start rehab training immediately or 5 days before they return. |

immediately. if u train the player it reduces the time that the player is out for by a day or so, depending on how often he is trained during his injury

Yeah sometimes it takes off more than a day too if d player is injured alot

Jeremias West in Lilywhites FC has got a 3/4 week injury and he's been on constant rehab, so far it's taken 3 days off his recovery meaning that he will miss 1 less game and his form has gone up to 11, after going straight down to 1 when it happened ![]() |

I remembered i spent almost a mil on sargey last season wen sub squashed him n he made a full come bk n got a skill change
