unless u know coding in different languages then I don't think u will..... put ur ideas on paper and try to find a game developer who can work with u

For making games , you can download Game Maker. It is a product of yoyo group. It is really easy. U can only 2d games here ( without knowing programming language) . For making 3d , hd games pls download panda gamer.
