If you find another local only BBSoperator, I suggest you form a commitee to further intrajurisdictional networking. If nothing else e-mail and UUCP using dynamic linking should be set up. Also, Top Leval Domains, DNS sharing and actual non-dynamic networks should be food for discussion.
