well.. first of all.. it doesnt boost all int heroes ultis.. and second.. sum gains a lot more than others.. and actually it boosts sum agi heroes ulti as well..

yeah.. witch doctors ulti gets quite good as well.. but is it really worth it with a hero like luna? u get all this intel but shes agi..

Well, the whole point of luna getting it is that she has enuff mana to cast her ulti, and spam her spells. It gives her a few extra beams as well.

My lovely necrolite benefits too ;} which agi exept luna benefits, say again? Silencer for example doesnt gain boost to ulti, but 25/30 of scepter fells good for +dmg of intel spell
