I happen to be aworking in a private school in kenya.Recently you heard teachers union fighting successfully for the teachers employed by the govt. The tax has seriously gone, terribly upsetting our way of life. Why cant teachers in private schools equally unite and come up with serious policies against any sort of mistreatment and harrassment and ofcourse a minima salary. Teachers I need your views to salvage ourselves from this colonism.
