1.www.aswatalislam.net- This site as loads of resources on islamic lectures both on audio and video.You have lectures of scholars like AbdulHakeem Quik.Yusuf Estees,Zakir Naik.
2.www.kalamullah.com-This site one can download the Alim 6.0 by ISL for free. The Alim contains practically all the books on Hadith and Quran.It's a loaded Islamic software.Also one can download books in pdf format.
3.www.islamhouse.com- This site is also loaded with lectures, books etc
4.www.islamtoday.com-This site includes works from scholars all over the world
4.www.islamway.com- This site helps in getting applications which can help new muslims grow.
