Yes Nyla that's true. In fact there's a seaweed that makes gelatinous substance which are used in making jelly goodies and also a good ingredient for ice cream..

When it comes to Filipino writers, my most favorite is Dr. Jose P. Rizal. In fact,he's not only an excellent writer but he's also known as the Philippine National hero . He fought for our country's sake not by a sword but by just simply using his pen :)

Oh u mean about Jose Riazal's works? Ok sure why not... Dr. Jose Rizal's famous works are his Novels El Filibusterismo and Noli Me Tangere (Touch Me Not). I'll just post a link where you can find infos of these novels. He's also a famous Filipino poet. One of his well known poems are the Me Ultimo Adios (My Last Farewell ) ,Song of Maria Clara, To Josephine and Memories of my town. I will also post a link for your reference :)
