I think d patient did v0luntary offers..so dpends on d patients wh0m cn aff0rd or n0t..as wel as d d0ct0r f he wil acept it or n0t.

To me there ws no corruption here bcos d patient only appreciate d service tht d doctor render,n with ths it wil encourage d doctor to render more of tht service to other patient
