1) have a vegetarian week in a month or 2 vege day in a week. this is great for none vegetarians to dedicate more time on the very important foods and you'll become very regular... in a healthy way :)

walk to kfc an buy an 8 piece family feast.. Now make sure u get corn as a side an u WALK to kfc otherwise its not healthy . An wash it down wit a 1.5 litre of c*ke. U can share some chicken if u want but ya best munching it all to yourself

Have a good size breakfast which will provide you with most of the energy for the day. You can eat a smaller lunch and an even smaller dinner but dont go to bed hungry
