(1) first consider how heavy you are. very heavy individuals will find it harder to start a jogging routine. if you're heavier, it may put alot of strain on joints and easily risk injury. which leads to my second....

(2) consider how fit you are. start at a low intensity. walk for a week or two, walk fast for another week then start off with a slow jog. jog for a min, walk for two minutes. you dont have to jog very fast. just takin your time to build a routine is enough
