Man that is not right. You should eat high protein foods but in moderation. I try to eat only three times a day and eat a balanced diet. You should eat fruit and vegetables too or you'll be well toned but covered in zits.

Lmao dude a bodybuilder like ronnie coleman ; jay cutler etc says that u must eat that u must eat evry 3hours to get mass and yes high protein u must get 4gram protein per pound in dayly to get mass plus power
