timbaland! Eno! Its depressing! I am a huge coldplay fan and i must say that lots of their earlier songs wich were really basic and simple were a milion times better than anythin on x and y. Rush of blood neva left my cd player for months.X and y barely lasted a week b4 i found bloc partys silent alarm to be more exciting.Reading thru th oficial fansite forums(coldplaying.Com)- i was relieved to find that i wasnt the only one who felt luke warm bowt x and y.IMHO I feel coldplay r becomin too *comercial*.IOW theyr makin music dat sells lotsa records.Unfortnatly i prefer music wich breaks the mould.Para es and rush of blood did that.If u listen to ode to a deodrant the lyrics s*ck.Bt who cares cos th riff and bass r unlike nethin uve eva heard.The song para es is an xtremely under8d love song thats amazing.Its jus a man and hs guitar singin bowt love 4 less than a min wich as absolutely beautiful.The same applies to for you(not fix you). maybe theyl go bak to basics...Maybe...
