open message, go to forward link, in the box that asks for user name, type admin then in subject put user who you reporting. click on send, that will send directly to site owner. or go in help and look up contact admins. names on top of lists are who probably online. it can take a while as site owner probably gets loads of inboxes. hope that helps.
