Wen u sufer it u dnt tend to go rnd telin peeps bout it unles u know them part of the syptoms of depresition is not being able to talk about it its a y illness that can rule your life for you x

Ive suffered from depression for a long time and its hard to talk about because some people judge you so you bottle things up until you dont know how to let go.

Hey everybody..itz nt a gud thng 2bottle up thngz!use methods,such as diarising or blogging 2get rid of ur emotions!talking helps alot!i hav had thz illness 4a lng time.the last 3yrz m learnin 2cope with it!m doin gr8 atm!
