You need to use FTP, u can install an ftp software on ur pc on use online at http://webftp.jbi.in. login to ur ftp using infos given by ur host and upload them :)

Use [img] code or upload your pic to any group, find the hotlink for blogs and forum wich is given below every pic, copy it and paste with your forum post.

If your device have java support then you can install apps and games. Download and .jar extention app or game to check it. If the .jar gets installed on your device then you can download and run java apps too. and if the .jar file gets stored in recieved files then your device has no java support.
