this something i not sure on. people say u can connect to your higher self for guidance. but i always thought this was mistaken for spirit guides that give u guidance. is higher self and spirit guide the same thing or seperate? |

A 'Higher self', to my knowledge, is a different state of being ie meditation, astral projection, even dreaming. Spiritual guides are those 'beings' tht present themselves at times when learning or knowledge is ask for or needed
