those who astral mention this energy blast that spirit or other astral beings use as an attack. aparently it sends u straight back to the body and u wake up in a shock feeling like u had a car crash, u would feel sore and limp for days. how can that spiritual attack effect the body like that yea. |

I know when u are in an astral state u r using energy.in dark magic i know of a meditation called a power flex technique that helps ur astral body b strong like phyiscal body.

I already had an astral experience.it was nothing like..well,there are different planes in astral travel.7or8 maybe..thats the difference. i was w members of family.i knew them when i was there but the only 1 i remember is my g-grandmom.when i had surgery my friend was there.he died in an accident 2yrs b4..

I was with them.touch them.standing next to them.the colors around me were bright.mostly white,as well.we had conversation.w my nanny we in a livingroom setting.w my bud we were outside in a park..they let me know that it was there time to go and i had to go back.it was so real..relaxing..calm..i wish i could go back again..
