Select 2 sound clips(.wav format).

Rename,one windows xp startup and other windows xp shutdown

then copy these file to local disk(c)windowsmedia.

Overwrite these.

Note:try to choose short duration file.otherwise,your computer will take more time to log on or shutdown.
