They allow u 2 repeat segments of code 4 as long as a condition is met. Its different frm other loops bcos it has its own counter. They're more tidy than while loops and r easier 2 use if u wanna have a nested loop.

Gosh its realy simpl. For loops basicaly cuts dwn multipl lines of monotonous code. No more boring if statements, it saves u a hellava lota tym, especialy wen u developing a system.
