I always dream of bad n dramatic dreams n i dream in colour. Ppl have said its unusual to dream in colour? I dnt even fink of fings before i go to sleep

I can never remember my dreams n smtimes wake with a feeling that i missed a profound one. Is it necessary 2 remember them 2 get the full benefits? Any suggestions on how 2 remember them?
