1st wk in n ive lost 5lbs...v excited esp when i was panicked by potentially only losing a little bit mind u every ounce less is a bonus. lets hope can keep it up x x x |

lost 2.5lbs this week so thats 7.5lbs in 2wks. im so happy its droppin of easily even thou i was quite nawty this wkend by havin take away n drink.

quite disappointed as ive not lost anything this wk. mind u i havent put on any either. i did have a big blow out on sat so it was worth it x x x guess mushrooms covered in cheese with garlic bread, giant lamb shank with mash n 4 huge tails followed by a night of vodka's n diet c*kes dont bowed well for my diet. neva mind, will try harder this wk

Well i put on 2lb this week which i expected,had chinese and nite out,plus my son and my niece's bday's. Just signed up 2 do the race 4 life in june so hopefully this'l give me the kick up the that i need lol x
