Well regarding wapsite, you can get that 4 free aswell as paid. My bf is making new script 4 chat wapsite, so till then u need 2 wait. But u can make website 4 chat purpose on any topic, except , warez, hacking related stuff.

Yes it can be viewed by mobile but only opera mini browser. U cannot regstr or login 4m mobile but ur site can only be viewed 4m mobile.
