In life most African customs require high degree of respect for ur elders. You need to be a provider for ur loved ones as soon as u come of age. Some cultures allow 4 polygamy but only with the permission of the 1st wife.

There are different types of guys, u get Pantsula's (most township gangsters r these guys, but also a dance style its like tap dancing mixed wit pop locking), bujwa's (kinda like township funky punk boys, dress fashionably, dance with alot of flowing movements), hiphop guys (like in the states) and regular guys who are neither here or there. Other than that from wat I've seen, American guys r very similar to S.A guys, but I think S.A guys are more open to different types of music, most guys either listen to 1 or a combination of these music genres house, hiphop, kwaito (S.A township music), afro pop & Rnb, mayb sum dancehall n raggae. While our American bro's mainly jus listen to hiphop n rnb, only a few house fanatics.
