Govt is unfair & irresponsible coz it is de same 'govt officials' or de council who mislead Zambians by givin them land which is not legal.ofcorse who else can do that?

The council does nt gv illegal land n u can neva go wrong wit d council once u follow d rite procedure n they wrk hand in hand wit Lands n survey departments, the prblem is wit the RDCs..
