Want to change some one's computer password without the alert of the computer's admin. When a computer is loged on then go to start menu and open Run in Run type CMD then the cmd (ms-dos) will be opend. Write the following: net users administrator 123 (Hit Enter). Note write net users then the computer admin's name and then new password and hit the Enter button for instance check the above example.
