The Lord helps those who ADMIT they need Him. It wont help to hide it, it wont help to pretend its not there.

Sometimes we feel we deserve to bear the load of guilt and remorse, but that is not the way its meant to be. We make mistakes, but Jesus died for the express purpose of lifting the responsibility of our mistakes and sins from our shoulders. Just ask the Lord to forgive and cleanse you, and He will both forgive you and free you from that weight.
