Do press ups,both d incline n d decline press ups 2 work ur chest 4rm diff angles..u can also try dips..its very gud 4 d lower muscles in ur chest..i do press ups n dips n girls luk @ me wit mouths wide open anytime i pull off my shirt..try it!i bliv it wil work 4 u 2!!

To build ur traps(muscle u asked about from shoulder to neck) u can do dBell shrugs/barbell shrugs.not that rolling the shoulders back cr*p either.I'd personally steer clear of upright rows,if you google them they are the cause of alot of rotator cuff probs which I did get from doing them.
